Anti-Tampering Laws in Ohio
Ohio EPA has opened the e-Business Center as a way for the regulated community and consultants to conduct business online with Ohio EPA, such as submitting permit applications and reports.
To help combat the health risks associated with vehicle tampering, the Ohio EPA established a statewide anti-tampering program to be enforced by authorized and trained anti-tampering inspectors.
