The Hamilton County Department of
Environmental Services (HCDOES) will be accepting applications for the
2009-2010 Youth Council until Monday, September 14, 2009.

The first meeting
will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2009 from 6:00 -
7:00 p.m. at the HCDOES building located at 250 William
Howard Taft Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45219
HCDOES is making it easy and fun for Hamilton County high school students to make a difference at school and in the community.
By joining the HCDOES Youth Council, Hamilton County high school students will:

learn about environmental issues such as air quality and recycling
-
attend air quality and solid waste committee meetings
-
meet new friends
-
work in a team environment with community leaders
-
learn how to make changes in their schools and community
-
and most importantly, have fun!
