FREE Tree Seedlings
The Hamilton County Department of Environmental Services and Funke's Greenhouse, Inc. are once again partnering to provide up to 1,000 free tree seedlings to schools. The trees will be a variety of pine. All teachers in Hamilton County are eligible for 25 trees, and the trees will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The trees are to be planted on or near school grounds, unless a parent's written approval has been granted for a tree to be adopted and taken home by a student.
