Free Event Recycling Containers Available
As your community plans its next big event, whether it is a concert in the park, a festival on
Main Street, or a parade through
town, don’t forget about recycling. During your event,
residents will enjoy bottles of water and cans of soda, and before
you know it, your garbage cans will be overflowing with recyclables.
To avoid this image, take advantage of the District’s new,
free event recycling containers.
The District now has a free and convenient way of offering recycling at your next community event through the use of five-foot tall, plastic bottle-shaped recycling containers (see photos below). Communities are invited to borrow these attractive containers designed specifically for event recycling.
The District has twenty containers to loan for free to Hamilton County communities and nonprofit organizations. Bring the collected materials to a community recycling drop-off or pay a local recycler to haul them away.
