Paint Disposal for Residents
You don’t have to wait for
hazardous waste collection events to dispose of your paint.
Latex Paint
- Unusable latex paint
can be thrown away with your regular garbage, as long as it is dried. To
dry out your paint, simply mix sand, sawdust, or cat litter with your
paint and leave the lid off. Once dried, dispose with your regular
garbage (with the lid off).
Your waste hauler can not accept
any liquids!
